Goering had two but very small
Himmler had something similar
And poor ol' Goebbels, had no balls at all

We also sang:

But the earliest naughty song I can remember was a ditty that we recited as we pointed to appropriate body parts

"milk, milk, lemonade, 'round the corner fudge is made".

It was 1954, I was five and I thought God would strike me dead...
