A "stroker" refers to a "four stroker" or "two stroker," which refers to the cycles for rotations per combustion cycle in a gasoline engine. The expression is kind of dated now. It also can refer to a "six stroker" or "flat head eight stroker" which refers to the number of cylinders per engine. Sometimes you'll hear a "four banger" or "six banger" or "eight banger" which refers to the number of cylinders.
