yep..as Jon says..you should reset Internet Explore too, if you use it...under 'tools' 'options' 'programs', there are menus for what you want to work...in the mail handler menu, I think it gives you Eudora as an option, and it should then automatically look for Eudora when mail comes in,..

there are a lot of things these programs can do, so there are a LOT of places to set preferences...after a while, you just sorta get used to looking in the menus for all the settings and deciding what they mean and if they are what YOU like.
