Your email program is tied into your internet connection.

In Internet Explorer, Click TOOLS at the top of the screen.

On the drop-down menu, select INTERNET OPTIONS.

Click the PROGRAMS tab at the top of the applet.

This is where you set which program to use for your email and such. Change the email program to whatever you want to use (Eudora?).

Deleting from the desktop or the START-PROGRAMS list only removes shortcuts to the programs. It does not generaly affect whether the programs are still there or whether they will run, it just makes them harder to find.
