now i'm impressed. mudcaters who know breton lyrics. well i worked out the phonetic lyrics for e langoned, starts :
ke na vo ma za ma mom ke na vo min yo ned ke na vo do te jay won kuz parez langoned
but i lost the rest when i got my guitar stloen and i had hundreds of lyrics in the case.
so does anyone else have these lyrics properly rather than in my bad phonetics. it's a truely beautifull song.
there was also a great song for two voices on that album with a repeated refrain that i half remember.
sort of la la la la la la la ne ke to a bay do
if that's enough for anyone to recognize.
that e langoned album is a masterpiece.
i saw him live soon after out in victoria , british columbia and he wove magic on stage all night long, only rivaled by my first chieftans concert, but he did it virtually solo--he has a back up guitarist who ocassionally played whistle. what a stunningly talented muscian.
