My S.O. fairly recently got a new concertina from The Button Box in Amherst, Mass. (9 East Pleasant St, Amherst MA, (413) 549-0171)
I don't know how reasonable their repair/parts prices are, but we felt like we got a good deal on the purchase, and would rate the staff as exceptionally friendly and helpful.
