well, yes I do. I think that I am not at rock bottom. really don't want to go there. But am scared of taking the next step. You know visiting the doctor(who in any case only want to write a prescription as fast as poss) I don,t want to moan on to my friends(those in 3D)anymore. I have made a complete fool of myself by "losing it" in a public place recently. I am just scared of the out of controlness of my life
