Guest, I have been where you are, and recently...in fact not really through the woods yet....can I recommend that you DO go see your doctor? Please?You may not be keen on the idea of anti-depressants....but look at it this way, if you had a head-ache would you take an aspirin? If you broke your leg, wouldn't you want it splinted? Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain...it can be corrected by anti-depressants.
