Thread Name: Pun filled song Yassur Arafat
Subject: Pun filled song Yassur Arafat
I wrote the originl version of this about 5 years ago. It's undergone periodic revisions as current events changed. I just finished an updated version by adding a third verse. No insults are intended and I hope no offense is taken. It starts off silly, gets serious in the third verse and ends up silly again.

The melody is sort of like, "Yes Sir, that's my baby" with a different middle 8.

YASSUH ARAFAT

Don't try to make sense out of it, there isn't any (except for the third verse)it's just a bunch of Arabic, Hebrew and Egyptian names strung together read it out loud

I WANT IT UNDERSTOOD THAT I MEAN NO DISRESPECT TO MY mUSLIM COUNTRYMEN. Of all the organized religions that I'm at all familiar with, my Islamic bretheren take their obligations more to heart than any others.

ALLAH AKHBAR, I believe it too. God is indeed great.
