I've always heard it called "The Little Beggarman." It goes by that title in various books and recordings I'm aware of, which might be helpful to know if you look for it elsewhere.

Why the instrumental is called "The Red Haired Boy" escapes me. I've never heard any lyrics that relate to that title.
