I'm in touch with a lot of them , most still in the northwest, a whole pile of them are working or have worked at Microsoft, others pretty much run the state...inasmuch as the public service can do that.
There is a structure, you don't just run amuck there. But there is a wide range of options, from group programs to individual one-to-one student-faculty learning contracts.
