James has just released a new CD called "James Keane and Friends - Live in Dublin". The CD was recorded at Whelan's when James made his first professional appearance in Dublin since he left his hometown in 1967. He is joined by Garry O'Briain, Mick O'Connor, Kevin Conneff, and Jame's brother (and Chieftain) Seane Keane. The CD is brilliant! On the show James discusses how the evening came to be, the stories behind the tunes, and Jame's view on the current state of traditional music.
