Hogwarts!

The Mudcat community has evolved tremendously since Flamers first scared and even 'hurt' some folks here. Things that were taken really seriously at one point are now joked about openly. Newcomers may take a few weeks to notice it, but the vast majority click in pretty fast.

The whole "qlique" thing at one time was debated and defended with furrowed brow. Now it's used with tongue in cheek irony constantly.

Remember the old "moral authority" thing? Well, Joe, Mick, kat, WYSIWYG, Jon or whoever else occasionally feels the need to be a 'leader' have all gotten their brains beat out a few times....and guess what? They're all still here enjoyin' themselves (AND some of them have to WORK as well!). Max gets off scot-free most of the time, and thank goodness for that, or we'd ALL be up shit creek!

And how 'bout ol' Garg? Hell, even when he's on my tail (like lately) or asking Spaw "aren't you dead yet"? Or going after kat or Max....does anyone REALLY take him seriously? I doubt it. Three years ago a lot of people did.

So if you can't completely ignore a nasty, then at least learn to laugh at them. That'll continue to keep their numbers really small....and remember, "as long as they don't move next door, we're ALL laughin'"
