It all depends on what you mean by "good," Steve. It will contain a whole lot of talent and I would guess fine production values. I would also guess, judging by the lineup of talent that it will be a respectful, technically flawless appreciation of the traditional music of the region. If you're looking for an album that will transport you to the southern Appalachians, it will probably fail, except in a "Windham Hill" sort of way.
