There's a country dialogue I heard done in Scotland about 20 years back, which sounds as if it came originally from some old Grand Ole Opry performers. It's a conversation between the city slicker, asking for directions in the countryside, and the country hick.It begins: "You lived here all your life?" "Not yet!"
And eventually finishes: "You're pretty dumb." "Mebbe… but I ain't lost!"
I'm trying to find the entire thing, but have no idea where to start. Any ideas?
Thanks.
