All the other stuff can be blended in later, but control the BP NOW. You may go through several meds like Bill did before one works properly and you may change down the road. It could be that your lifestyle changes will eventually control it......maybe not. The important thing is to find out why as Rich said and work through it now.

Nothing really wrong with herbal stuff, but not at your stage of the game. How's your other heart function and arterial condition indicators? Have it all thoroughly checked and take action based on the medical diagnosis.........muck about with the other stuff later if you must because they often do have an effect on certain types of coronary disorders, but do it later....not now. I guarantee I know of what I speak.
