Re the fact that the PQ's claim jurisdiction in Labrador, when we use to go fishing in PQ (Provence du Quebec (?)), just outside Labrador, we would give our address as Wabush, New Quebec and the fishing license would cost $10 rather than $75 if we said Wabush, Labrador.
