Rich... my sincerest apologies. I refer to Quebec as PQ for short. When I refer to PQ's, I mean Parti Quebecois members, whom I assumed, were among the majority of the 16,000 conscripted Quebecers who never actually got shipped overseas. Thank you for setting this straight and for making me think about what a stupid statement I made.

BTW, Rich, since you are available for comment upon which others have commented above, why do you want Quebec to separate ?
