Not great advice there Grumps......Yeah, you need to work out the lifestyle changes which may be affecting your BP, but singing little ditties while dancing about like a fairy princess isn't the answer either. There are a lot of different reasons for high blood pressure and not all of them can be "cured"......and failing to do the meds which can reduce the BP in these cases is completely stupid no matter whom you wish to sod!
