No BS here.Cold smoked trout from Georgian Bay is the ultimate hangover cure. I also discovered that it's almost better than the beer. The trick is to smoke it within a day of being caught, never freeze the fish, eat it cold, use locally cut wild apple or other hardwoods (never softwoods, mountain ash is nice), and thank the fish before you eat it. Goes well with cider and blueberries.
