Thanks for that, Garry; evidently Pete Morton got his set from Mike Waterson, and only made a few changes of his own, the majority having been already made by Mike, who obviously based his text on Lloyd's re-write.  That the "new" material came from Child I rather doubt, and Lloyd's comment in his notes suggest that he wasn't convinced either!
