Hi, Don - wish I had seen your message first. I deleted the e-mail I received and didn't open the attachment - but I did send an e-mail to the sender to say I wouldn't accept the attachment.

Yes, we do have to send some files as attachments - photos and sound files, for example - but we should rarely have a need to send text as attachments - you can copy-paste text into e-mail messages, and then it makes things a lot safer for your recipients.
