We have cut way back on the commercialism. My grown daughters and I agreed to knock off the gift giving and just have a get together for a big dinner. I give my grand children a gift certificate until they turn 18. The only one I buy a gift for is my 5 year old grand son. It takes a lot of the stress out of Christmas.
