To reset your cookie, go to the Quick Links (you probably already know this:-), choose REset Cookie, then you have to be sure to enter the exact name which you've used in the past, as Amos said, also watching whether you use upper or lower case for all of the letters. In the membersjip lists, I see your name in all lower case "skarpi." It should recognise that, then ask you for your password. If you have forgotten your password, there si a link to click on so that you may tell Jeff or Joe and they will email it to you.
