I bought my wife a light box designed to help relieve the symptoms of S.A.D. She suffers VERY serious glooms, made worse in winter. She has been on all manner of pills from the doc for the last 14+ years. This medication has caused wild fluctuation in her weight (currently 13 stone, she has been 9 stone).
