I have to get my self outside for a while every day,and get some light, regardless of the temperature. Otherwise I'm in trouble. There are days when it's dark when I go in to work and dark when I leave work, and those days can be a problem. On those days I put on some bluegrass, or blues, and DANCE until I'm out of breath or my knees start to protest. Sharon
