Without a doubt the very best were the threads on guitars, their construction, and the different types of wood. After nearly 30 years of assuming they were all the same and only an oddity made them great - well they were superb threads. The asides associated with them, flying with guitars, packing them, string types, pick enhancers (bless the dipit), and sundry redundant discussions of all of the above made for a much enlightened musician here.

The 9/11s were of valuable assistance in the crisis and the processing of same. Also valued were the threads on loss and success in each person's personal arena of life. It is always with a sense of awe I watch as mere mortals transcend incredible tragedy to heights of dizzying success. And even more their willingness to share these private things with their friends.
