Man, I wish I was either in Scotland or at Ricks! Lucky Jeri! Just 4 of us to cook for here; perhaps a couple of the kids friends will drop by to eat. Mr. is pursuing the wily goose until noon so we are not doing pressies until after he gets in then a late dinner. Today I made the Southwest Quiche for breakfast, salads and Yule Log chocolate cake for dessert. Tomorrow I just have to put the turkey in, make dressing, potatoes and gravy. It will be a relatively quiet day around here.
