I am wrapping presents tonight, delivering some to the neighborhood kiddies, sipping wine, and waiting for news - Dad went into the hospital suddenly. He is a bear - his trip to Florida and his lady friend have been cancelled. Tomorrow, breakfast with Thomas, my son's best friend from rehab then dinner for both of us with my nephew and his SO. It is their first Christmas together and I am honored to be included. On Saturday, I will get to see the rest of the family and deliver gifts, celebrate the newest babies, and smile a lot.
