Gnu...so ya' know......I tick all the time. Last summer through Robotic Surgery, I had the mitral valve in my heart replaced with a St. Jude's Valve, a little metal thing that is activated by the normal pressure of the heart (no electricity needed) and as it opens and closes you can hear it make a ticking sound. I rarely can hear it except when I'm facing a wall or something but others can often hear it.
