The BIG Cheese, is it, Carol? **BG** I'd say the accordion player and bodhran player are tops of all those.

Our day was so much better than expected. Our youngest gave me the best present I could ever hope for: after several years of being estranged from two of my sisters and my brother, she spent the whole day with us and them and was congenial, polite, peeled all of the potatoes(!) and was generally the nice child I remember raising. Of course, it wasn't all just her, the three of them, my siblings, got along very well for a change, too. It actually was delightful; something we all remarked on throughout the day.

We talked to all of the family members who weren't here and a few of our "invented" ones, as Spaw calls them. Best of all I have some great pictures, via email, of our twin grandsons, 3.5 years old, on the red tricylces we got them for Christmas and, of course, they look adorable. I guess it was pretty funny when they got up this morning. My daughter and her husband were still in bed, but heard them go look at the tree adn presents, then go back in their room and discuss who the presents belonged to; they didn't think they were for them and finally went to ask my daughter. Then one said he dind't want Santa coming in "his" house, that the presents were from "Daddy" and the other one started crying that he wanted Santa! They sorted it out and had a fine time riding around the dinky apt., then finally outside.

It's a wonderful life, today proves it!

Thanks, ya'll for another year of friendship, caring, love and music!
