Just a'nother thought - tuning with the now universal electronic tuners may not be all you need do with a box - I usually let it be tuned (Folks I play around always tune for me) I then have to adjust the box so it plays true G,C D, chords. It does really make a difference. Typically the bass E string is flat and the B sharp. I know that is a result of the setup and can be fixed but rarely find an instrument 'spot on' xcept when new. If adjusting pretuned (great idea if you sing like me in the modal way) check the E major chord. A flattened B does not show up but if E is now noticeably out you may need to compromise a little.
