it just takes time, rome wasn't built in a day,just spend time with it and it will come, but i agree, you do need to find your corect keys and stick with them, i've been playing guitar for 37 years now and have never been doing any serious singing until this last year or two, and i've really learned a lot and i'm tickled that i found that i can actually sing some songs pretty decent.
