It's friggin' unbelievable.....And I see it sold for $129.00......and it looks like a cheap $3.00 tie to begin with! What's next? Is he gonna' peddle off Daddy's underwear too?

Here's a pair of u-trou that Bill Monroe wore on the stage at the Opry on numerous occasions. My Daddy wore boxers almost exclusively in his later years, but he still had a few pair of jockeys that he liked to use when he played the Opry because he believed they made him sing a bit higher. It's believed that he purchased these as part of a three-pack of BVD brand at the JC Penney store in Rivergate in Nashville in the fall of 1967. They've been authenticated by Bill's personal laundress and you can see the BM in the back. I'll enclose my personal note of approval written on the very toilet paper that Daddy had in his bathroom when he last took a dump. Sincerely, James Monroe, Bill's son.
