I am totally surprised at the scoffing. In the 1950s there was a short vogue in the Nepalese Kafoozalum after one appeared on the Arthur Godfrey show. I realize that this might be after the time of some people, but it really isn't all that long ago that the pawn shops had used plastic Arthur Godfrey push button 'easy kafoozalum' boxes that snapped over the playing surface. This made it easy to play "Little Grass Shack" and "Buddha's Unchanging Hand."
