Don't think the wiring is where it happens, myself. We're seeing instances of the abilities of being to communicate, and more. Some of us are still tangled up with body operation. The evidence above and across all the other similar anecdotes I have heard over the years indicates that letting go of a body can be a liberating experience with a resurgence of goodwill and high spirits and power connected with, much like anyone feels when a problem of long duration suddenly dissipates.
