Not a chance Steve! A big chunk of what gets played on a lot of independant radio (the vast majority of it, very up to date Pop) is from concert and club recordings. My copy of Dylan's Gaslight stuff certainly LOOKS legit, but without a fair amount of research, it would have been hard to know for sure.

Many of the younger DJs have a totally 'anarchist approach' to the music, and they tape concerts they've seen that week to play on the air. They see it as a 'quid pro quo' in that they're promoting an artist's music. They'd certainly prefer that the "suits" not get a dime. Many (not all) artists happily go along with this, knowing that mainstream radio will NEVER play their music period.

In any battle between lawyers and independant artists, the artists will ALWAYS win, since they want exposure more than royalties (which they feel they wouldn't get anyway)

Since Jerry (who I strongly suspect has done a lot of radio SINCE the seventies, ha ha,) says it IS a bootleg, I probably wouldn't play the album AGAIN, simply 'cause I don't know what Dylan's stand on this is, but 'bootleg' ain't a dirty word to most of the DJs (half my age) that I've met over the last few years.
