The fact that it's arranged by Cummings is secondary to the nomenclatural name, which is standardized more or less the way "Latin" biological nomenclature is, though less systematically. Much less systematically. The "tune name" is what you use to look it up in an Index of Tunes. In a hymnal. Cummings will do you no good there. But thanks ;')
