I'm an ex-pipe smoker (stopped after an accident at work left me subject to chest infections for a while) and while I can put up with the smell of hand rolled cigarettes, pipes and cigars (well some), what I cannot abide is ready made cigarettes<1>, What do they put in them? It smells like a fire at a chemical works (the tobacco seems to be masked by the waxes,the lubricants and oxidising agents and other rubbish the manufacturers add). I have only one problem with cigarette smokers, when I'm queing for a but or waiting for a train, why do the buggers always smoke up wind of me.
