Joe, I've attended quite a few Polish weddings in my day but somehow the term non-alcoholic never came up. Does the word zbrovka have any meaning for you?

As far as I know, any Eastern European (Polish, Czech, Russian) occasion requires at least three meats, including the home made saugage, and a bottle of whisky and a bottle of vodka on each table. Not even tea-totalers may refuse a shot or two at a Polish wedding. <g>

Of this would be my recipe for punch but multiply everything times three or four hundred and serve out of large bowls.
