"1914 Gibson H-1 Mandola EXC A great example of the classic pumpkin top and rhubarb red back and sides mandola from the era of the great mandolin orchestras of the teens. Three piece laminated mahogany neck. This one is a beauty with no cracks and all original with everything in great shape; tuning pegs, and bridge, and tailpiece and pickguard. "The Gibson" script graces the headstock. There is a little discoloration from a neck binding repair on the treble side of the neck but it's not noticeable and it feels fine.
