Once again though, the real key here that Max has to ask for and then accept the help and get fully behind the process....something I know he can do, but it will demand a time drain as well as an emotional one. The place is loaded with talents on a variety of things that could benefit the 'Cat.

Max, if I'm sounding like your Dad or something, accept my apology. No one wants to be lectured to and the best Dads don't do it often. But I do know that it's tough to ask for some of this and I will continue to push you to use the ideas and talents available to you......and to do it now. Do it and give the efforts the backing that you will need to give........I know that won't be easy, but it's time to remove this headache from your life and we are all behind whatever way will do that in the long term.
