Mark, check with your bank. I do all of my bill paying, online, through my bank and can set up any payment to be automatically paid on a one time or monthly basis. It's easy to do by accessing my acct. from my own computer.

Several people have used PayPal, as Max has account with them, but it is not an automatic payment, you have to do it each time.
