Spaw, it doesn't bother me when anyone sounds like my Dad, he's a great man whom I love and always makes good sense without judgement.

I am currently working on a presentation to a folk song society who seems willing to help us financially. We have a meeting with them in mid-February in which the report will be presented. I intend to make this report available for download on the Mudcat. It should provide a significant percentage of the information necessary to at least get consideration from other sources. Any help in finding sources of income other than personal contributions would certainly be appreciated.

As far as I'm concerned, I'd rather the Library of Congress fund us than to take your money. How is what we're doing now different from what John and Alan Lomax did then? Seems to be a bit of an oxymoron to take the money of the people I'm doing this with and for.
