I don't think www.haven.org has anything to do with the New Haven public schools. Hard to say what it does have to do with, since most of the links on its homepage go to a generic "Sorry, the Guild Charter is not up yet. Check back." sort of notice. However, the name of the place is clearly "Haven Writer's Guild", and there are email links to a Webmistress, a Guildmaster, and a Guild Second. But it's a wonderful list of TXTs.
