I was starting to worry you would not want the Sacred Harp stuff so I'm glad you're interested.

I'm not sure what to do with Maple cream either. Probably just spread it on anything you're inclined to want something sweet on. Maybe instead of jam on toast. It's very sweet, so spread it thin.
