You make a kind of regular cake batter and after it's in the pan, pour very carefully some very strong coffee over the top so it layers the liquid on top of the batter. When it's baked, the TOP is chocolate cake and the BOTTOM is chocolate pudding. Serve warm with cream or ice cream and more coffee. But baking is a science, not an art, so I'll try to come up with the recipe for exact amounts...
