MR Red My norton is a 2000 aand I don't know whether this is a fix when norton can't cope but it worked for me and was sent to me by a friend who has been installing computer for several years.To me it was a small price to pay all I lost was a few emails in my mailbox at my server.i know of some people in this area who got sent the same virus by someone who they thought was a friend and it costs them a lot more than a few emails.Like I said it works It's simple and it's cheap Louie Roy
