I had the bad Trans and took me hours to figure out how to get rid of it , but I did it. Have instructions on how if still needed. Also just recently had another that norton didn't pick up called sulfnbk.exe Just have to find it in files and delete from there and then recycle bin. Anyone with outlook should check on that one because it attaches to address books. Yours truly, Rustic
