Back in the late 1970's we put together a Michigan parody of this song. Maybe we can work up an Enron version. I'm still amazed that federal tax liability can be transformed by CEO's exercising stock options, resulting in federal tax refunds to the company in question. Too bad none of my enterprises have profits that need sheltering.
